Strategy
PeopleNet’s multi-day User Conference was designed to give valued partners a chance to share their products and services with approximately 1,000 attendees. Coterie Spark was contracted to be an extension of the PeopleNet team and help take the conference to the next level.
Planning
Although elevating the conference was a key goal, it was equally important to keep personalized face-to-face engagement with each attendee. Detailed scripting and customized stage renderings were created to establish an impactful General Session and Customer Appreciation Event. Constant communication with each presenter ensured that content was consistent with the conference’s message as well as being relatable to attendees. Throughout the planning process, Coterie Spark collaborated with the PeopleNet internal marketing team on increasing sponsor visibility and strategic conference branding.
Execution
Each producer was assigned a specific area of the conference to manage from the exhibit hall, main stage, breakouts, transportation and offsite events. While onsite, the technical details of a live demo were presented that would fully showcase the PeopleNet software during general session. Our technical team went into action to rehearse and take preventative measures to ensure a successful demonstration. As a result of the meticulous strategy, planning and execution, the conference as a whole was a huge success with record breaking attendance and glowing reviews.
