Conference & Meeting Planning in Austin
Are you planning a conference or meeting in Austin? Well, giddy up! Austin offers the perfect balance of professionalism and all the cultural coolness you could ever ask for. The capital city of Texas brings live music, outdoor activities, and even the opportunity to engage politicians interested in your organization’s mission. As the seat of a massive and culturally diverse state like Texas, Austin is also a stone’s throw away from San Antonio if you’d like to plan a day trip to see The Alamo.
Our favorite things to do in Austin:
- Grab a bite at Kerbey Lane, The Driskill, Franklin Barbeque, and so many other places
- Take a dip in Barton Springs or kayak on Lady Bird Lake
- Watch the bats emerge at sunset from under Congress Bridge
- Stroll through the UT campus by day and 6th Street by night
- Visit iconic sites like the Texas State Capitol and the Blanton Museum of Art
- Hosting conferences and meetings of course!
Conferences and Meetings We’ve Planned in Austin
We produced a conference at the Hotel Van Zandt for a global non-profit dedicated to engaging leading entrepreneurs. In addition to a full slate of educational sessions, we programmed a day of sailing and swimming on Lake Travis, a welcome reception with a performance by Tje Austin, and a performance by Sour Bridges during the following night’s evening social. The welcome reception and evening social were each held at local favorite Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden.
