Conferences and Meetings We’ve Planned in Dallas
Hosted at the Omni Dallas, this three-day Regional Entrepreneur Conference featured a general session, breakouts, workshops, evening socials, and a keynote by George W. Bush. Delivered at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, VIPs at the keynote were also treated to locker room tours and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make passes and kick field goals on the field. Socials included a pop-art-inspired party and a backyard barbeque at The Rustic Dallas.
For this Annual Leadership Meeting, Coterie Spark came on board just four weeks before doors opened! Hosted at Choctaw Stadium, formerly the Ballpark at Arlington and home to the Texas Rangers for 25 years, we oversaw technical and meeting flow, coordinated schedules for and collected materials from over 30 speakers, and managed AV, venue logistics, and more on-site.
We also stopped in Dallas for this five-day, nine-city Nationwide Market Tour. There, we managed minute-to-minute travel arrangements for executives as they arrived and departed through DFW. Our team also oversaw vendor logistics, program scheduling, and more in all nine cities.
