Conferences and Meetings We’ve Planned in Galveston
This Annual Employee Meeting brought together 800 employees from across Texas for professional and personal development. Pre-event, the Coterie Spark team managed client committees for exhibit hall management, marketing & branding, transportation, and networking. Our work didn’t stop after the doors opened, however. Once onsite, we oversaw all elements of the event including coordinating with speakers and supervising breakout sessions, wellness activities, entertainment, and dining.
Of note: This meeting is a great example of our last-minute, problem-solving skills. Coterie Spark was tasked with finding a new keynote speaker and updating all agenda and marketing materials 48 hours before doors opened. The original keynote speaker got stuck overseas and there was no chance they’d make it in time.
