Welcome to Houston — or as we call it, “Home Sweet Home.” Coterie Spark enjoys bringing its conference and meeting planning expertise nationwide, but excelling at it in our backyard is truly special for us. Houston is home to the Oil & Gas industry that fuels our world and medical innovators working to heal the world. We have world-class chefs, stunning parks, museums, and a regular World Series contender. There is so much for your attendees to do in Houston!

Conferences & Meetings We’ve Produced
We produced this Immersive Event Experience to drive Heineken brand awareness within the Houston Hispanic market. 1,200+ attendees enjoyed an experiential tour that simulated the process of attending a Champions League soccer match. A lounge, DJ, hor d’oeuvres, and ice-cold beers then brought guests together to share their experiences and a memorable event.
An Oil & Gas Platform Tour seems par for the course in Houston, but it requires meticulous planning to ensure attendees are entertained and safe. This includes advanced documentation, instructions, and communications with vendors, safety trainers, and tour guides. Engaged just one month before the tour, we oversaw travel, dining, entertainment, and more for the tour.
We planned a Grand Opening for University of Houston donors who were vital in the creation of TDECU Stadium. Tours of the still-under-construction stadium kicked off the event, followed by cocktails, and remarks. Performances by the marching band and cheer squad kept the energy high, setting the stage for a fireworks show. Attendees then dined and danced the night away.
This Annual Employee Meeting took place in nearby Galveston, offering a Gulf Coast vibe with proximity to Space City. We managed the exhibit hall, marketing, branding, transportation, and more. This event is a great example of our problem-solving skills. We had to find a new speaker and update marketing materials within 48 hours after the keynote got stuck internationally.
