Conferences and Meetings We’ve Planned in New York

This seminar was the second leg in a multi-city, back-to-back conference for an energy group. The first seminar took place in Houston with New York City following the next day. Midflight, our team updated presentation slides to hand off to the new AV team upon arrival. We then pulled an all-nighter, setting up at the Hyatt Grand Central New York shortly after landing. In addition to ensuring the updated slides were perfect, we prepared a registration desk and session salons, and deployed signage throughout the hotel before crew call at 4:30 am and doors opened at 8. 

Upstate NY is a great alternative if you don’t like all that big city flare but still want to host a conference or meeting in the Empire State. This Regional Association Conference in Buffalo left our clients floored with the attention to detail we put into utilizing Buffalo’s culture and history to elevate the event. The conference is also a prime example of our team’s ability to problem-solve and innovate when challenged with last-minute issues.
