We are looking for a highly motivated, bright shining star to join our team and enhance our spark! The selected candidate for our part time internship will gain experience in event management and meeting planning in a boutique firm setting.

Scope of work The intern will assist the CEO and COO with key tasks that include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of events, meetings and conferences working under the directon of an assigned producer
  • Help coordinate key documents to organize logistics, sponsors, vendors and volunteers of programs
  • Onsite implementation of programs
  • Assist in marketing efforts for Coterie Spark under the management of the COO to include but not limited to: supporting social media engagement, preparation of marketing content
  • Data management and organization
  • Support the CEO and COO on special projects
Required Skills
  • Must be currently pursuing a degree or have obtained a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in hospitality or a service related background
  • Dependable, self-starter who is able to work individually and in a team setting
  • Ability to articulately communicate both in person and in writing is a must
  • Ability to multi task and maintain an organized approach to supporting CEO and COO
  • Must have a passion for service and hospitality with an eye for detail
  • Approximately 10 hours minimum per week wih a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on responsibilities
