Meeting & Conference Planning in Cincinnati
Cincinnati brings all the fun you can ask for when planning a conference or meeting. In fact, in the 1800s, Cincinnati was often called the “Paris of America.” While that was 200 years ago, the Queen City still sparks joy for visitors, especially attendees lucky enough to attend a conference or meeting there. Flying Pig Marathons, the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, America’s oldest family-owned ice cream parlor, baseball’s first professional team; this list goes on and on!
Our favorite things to do in Cincinnati include:
- Soaking in the sights during a sunset cruise on the Ohio River
- Connecting with the Universe at Mt. Lookout Observatory
- Exploring the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden
- Catching a Reds game at Great American Ball Park
- Hosting conferences and meetings, of course!
Conferences and Meetings We’ve Produced in Cincinnati
We produced a multi-day conference in Cincinnati for 400+ attendees striving to grow as business leaders. Though the conference aimed to educate attendees through multiple general sessions, ten breakout sessions, and a meet and greet with skateboarding legend and entrepreneur Tony Hawk, our client also sought to create memorable experiences for guests that connected to Cincinnati’s rich history and culture. With this in mind, we planned entertainment featuring a VIP bourbon tasting at 21c Museum Hotel, a Golden Age of Hollywood exhibit tour at Union Terminal, Funkadelic Story Hour with Bootsy Collins at Memorial Hall, and Chicago House After Hours at Ghost Baby.
