The rules for using the Coterie Spark website.
These terms apply to the Coterie Spark website at coteriespark.com. Coterie Spark is a meeting and event management company based in Houston, Texas. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Coterie Spark, and "you" means anyone using the site.
Using this site means you accept these terms
If you use this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They are not a contract for meeting or event services. Work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement with that client, and that agreement controls if it says something different from these terms.
What you may do with the content here
The content on this site is owned by or licensed to Coterie Spark. That includes the text, case studies, photographs, video, graphics, logos, and the design and layout of the pages.
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it.
You may not:
- Copy, republish, or redistribute the content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes.
- Use our photographs, case studies, or client names in your own materials.
- Use our name, logo, or brand marks without our written permission.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site by automated means.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to any part of it you were not given, or use it to distribute malicious code.
Client names and marks that appear in our case studies belong to those clients, not to us.
Using the contact form
The contact form is for inquiries about meetings, events, and working with Coterie Spark. When you use it, give us accurate information and do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading. Do not use the form for bulk, automated, or unsolicited commercial messages.
Sending a message does not create a contract or an obligation on our part to respond, and nothing you send through the form is confidential until we agree in writing that it is. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.
The site is information, not advice
The case studies, insights articles, and service descriptions on this site describe work we have done and how we approach it. They are general information. They are not professional advice for your specific program, and results we describe for one client are not a promise of the same result for you.

Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run, including client sites, industry associations, and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what this site collects and what you can do about it. The "Privacy Choices" link in the footer is where you accept or decline analytics. Both are part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
If part of these terms does not hold
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
