Off-Site Activations

From tours and dine-arounds to local activities and evening events, offsite experiences allow attendees to connect beyond scheduled programming and discover what makes the host city distinctive. Each experience is shaped around the conference goals while remaining connected to the larger program.

Coterie Spark manages venue selection, entertainment, transportation, food and beverage, production, permits, vendors, and execution. We draw on the culture of each destination to create experiences attendees could not easily arrange on their own, giving them a genuine connection to the city beyond the hotel ballroom.
