2 ounces dry gin
¾ ounce lemon juice
2 ounce simple syrup
Split of Champagne
Lemon Slices (Optional)
Colorful Cocktail Sugar (Optional)
In a cocktail shaker, combine the first three ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice, cover and shake until the outside is cold, about 20 seconds.
Dampen the rim of a champagne flute with the lemon slice and rim the glass with colorful cocktail sugar. We recommend Coterie Spark blue! Strain the mixture from the shaker into the flute, top with champagne and finish with a twist.
Colorful Cocktail Sugar Recipe
Place sugar into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Drip the food coloring onto the sugar, close the lid, and shake vigorously for about 1 minute. Adjust color with additional food coloring and repeat if the color is too light.
