On a one-month timeline and in a remote, active workyard, Coterie Spark had to meet strict safety requirements (insurance verification, PPE, close supervision) while coordinating transportation and multiple site visits with limited local vendor availability.
Coterie Spark built detailed documentation and protocols for vendors, safety trainers, tour guides, and bus leads, coordinated 9 buses between Houston and Ingleside, TX, and scheduled 25 tour groups through 20 stations at a strategically timed pace to avoid overcrowding.

The Leviathan Platform tour allowed Noble Energy employees and guests to take an exclusive tour of the platform before it was transported offshore near Israel.
Coterie Spark was engaged one month before the event and managed the coordination of transportation, tenting, rentals/ decor, generators, portable cooling units, food and beverage, audio-visual, entertainment, and signage. Due to the tight project timeline and its remote location, conducting multiple site visits and finding vendors to service this event was challenging. This event had strict safety requirements for vendors, staff & attendees as the event took place in an active workyard. Verifying insurance, sourcing personal protective equipment, and close supervision were required.
We started designing advanced documentation, instructions, and communication for vendors, safety trainers, tour guides, and bus leads. Detailed timelines and protocols were created to ensure that the event ran on schedule and, most importantly, safely.
Nine buses were carefully timed to transport guests between Houston and Ingleside, TX. Breakfast was served before attendees boarded the buses, which also served beverages, snacks, and thoughtful gifts. Once in Ingleside, 25 tour groups were scheduled to visit 20 stations at a strategically timed pace in and around the platform. Groups needed not to overlap or overcrowd a station, as this would create a safety hazard.
When guests were not on the tour, they enjoyed entertainment, food and beverages in a comfortable environment.
