Managing a gala with 65+ presenters and 10 distinct stage transitions required precise show-flow planning so entertainment timing wouldn’t clash with an intricate dinner service.
Coterie Spark planned each transition with detailed technical scripts, ran technical rehearsals with every performer and presenter, and assigned team members to track specific entertainers and presenters throughout the event.

Burn’s Night gala showcased breathtaking decor, a strong international influence, and elaborately themed entertainment, all of great significance to the institution and traditions of the event.
Featuring more than 65 presenters that required 10 different transitions, seamless movement was essential. Coterie Spark carefully planned each step and how the guests’ attention would effortlessly move from one stage to the next. The use of detailed technical scripts ensured that all parties involved knew exactly what was expected of them and where they needed to be at any given moment.
On the day of the gala, Coterie Spark conducted technical rehearsals with each performer and presenter to fine-tune the show flow.
Once the gala began, each member of the Coterie Spark team handled specific entertainers and presenters. The producers needed to keep careful track of their assigned groups since the timing of the evening was crucial and also coincided with an intricate dinner service
